Many organizations, across the world, prior to the advancement in technology, used flat-file systems for storing data. But these flat-file systems are not easily adjustable to changing business needs. However, this problem has been solved by the introduction of the relational model. The development of this alternative, the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) for storing, retrieving, and manipulating data in a database, helped for the smooth operation of the work carried out by the organization. Software development companies have taken a variety of approaches to information management. Hence the rapid progress of the software industry that brought organized system for the functions or operations of the organization. Importantly software advancement is responsible for the Economy growth of the country. Also effective the information technology is, in the case of introducing new platforms , every now and then and improving the standard of various companies. Information Technology advancement is always advantageous for the organization. And because of the need to achieve progress by producing good results the organizations on the other hand have been contributing to the development of the country. It is necessary for the organization to be concerned to always find a way for the benefit of the organization.
