There comes a comforting notion within the usual standard of conscious to search for something past the non appealing curtain of everyday life and its inevitable surroundings.
Chargeable to the proceeding developments of modern technologies, information about even the most secluded sections of the world come with ease. The feeding of an inner hunger possessed by most to expand and explore is fed, a creation in the coming of the senses, in that our world is becoming more unified, connected and that of a global village. The appearance of it all seems glorious, when actually we are creating a more introspective and narcissistic development.
The evolutions in technology, and that primarily of the World Wide Web, brings the ability to not only grasp a better understanding of what the happenings are within the many sections of our world but also it is granting more perspective on why and how change can be made; all brought in an ego-centered presentation.
These manifestations are highly questionable when terming for the better of human kind. Where good can be found in regards to any introspective activity is beyond me and actually comes in conflict with any notion of becoming a global village. Yes, all of this priceless information brought before one, fast and efficiently, to the nose of a centered focus upon the screen, baring no physical resistance between thought and the adjacent keyboard. What a sense of power and control over knowledge , but is this really for the better? Is this all really building foundations for a global village? Or is this just an apparition to our usual standard in conscious.
The probability that many lives have been bettered in numerous ways is un-debatable despite our misleading apparitions of betterment.
